I signed up and paid for a Gold Membership two weeks ago with Paypal. So far, I have not received my membership upgrade.

I have emailed S2ki.com twice now and no one will respond. Can an administator or moderator please confirm they have read this and will inquire about my inquiry.

If I do not receive an update, I will need to withdraw my Paypal payment until the matter is resolved, for I do not want my money in limbo, if you all have not received it (although Paypal states you have).

Please advise.

I feel your pain, about a month ago I ordered the S2000 calender from the s2ki store and to date, have not received it. I tried emailing them several times now, but to no luck. It's funny, they promptly withdrew the funds from my account to pay for the calender, now they won't even respond to my concerns.

 

I suppose I will remain a "guest" member, for my fifty dollars is getting me nowhere with becoming a "gold member". Anyone have any suggestions?

I ordered mine through the s2ki store and had Gold member status in less than an hour! I would withdraw your money from Paypal.
Don't worry about the shipping charges when you check out, It automatically subtracts the shipping charges because you aren't actually buying a product! Good Luck!

PM Krazik and I am sure he can get things sorted out. the S2ki store was closed for the holidays, so I would guess that the system need to be manually checked before the changes are made.

 

I have tried to withdraw my Paypal money, but of course, they took no time in accepting it, therefore it is not available to withdraw. I am a bit frustrated! Any other suggestions?

 

I just joined today. I had problems before the holidays when I tried. I would get to the final screen on the checkout and click the button to submit the payment, then I would immediately get an error page. I waited a month to ensure that my credit card was not charged, and tried again today- I had the same error as before.

I went to another computer and the transaction breezed through. I was shocked to see that I had "Member" status almost immediately!
