I did it!
I did it I installed my hardtop with a Kit A on a 2000 and all you that have done that you wil know its not easy the first time around. After I installed the hardtop with a little bit of help from my girl. After all the work I wanted to test out the
top to make sure it wouldnt fall off I drove an hour to a car shop to get my Buddy Club coil overs installed. It was a fun drive feeling noid if the work you performed yourself would hold up or not. I heard all kind of noise and crab but I figured it was normal. The car with the top is just one of a kind taking it to another level as far as looks and sound, comfort and rigidity. It was like driving a differnt car to me that is. But back to the point I drove a hour of rough freeways in the bay area and I finally got there all I seen was a bunch of EVOs WRX and I was the only guy with an S. I waited about four hours till my coilovers were finally done. When they drove my car out the shop I almost craped my drawls, The car looked freaking dope if you dont know what that means it means great!LOL! I then asked the guy who hooked me up if he had anything else for the S he said I gotta AEM filter in the back I said Ill take it. Took it and drove and hour home, but this time with coilovers and the hardtop on. This was a really stressful but fun drive home. I heard all kinds of crap and my the tires were rubbing cause they freaking dropped it damn low but it looked nice. SO when I got home after worrying and dodging every bump on the freeway I jacked the car up trimmed the bottom the car for the AEM filter install adjusted the springs and sat her back down she was done for the day and I was knocked out cold I slept for about 12 hours and woke up to my car looking so fine! Im sick arent I? I need help Im S nuts? RU?
