Default I don't know which one to buy

I am stuck between getting a stock 2006 or a kraftwerks 2006 s2000. I have driven them in the past but never owned one. I have proof that the SC was installed professionally and tuned and was put in about 5000 miles ago.

Stock 2006 going for 19,990 with 75k miles
SC 2006 going for 21,500 with 65.5k miles
Also have full custom exhaust with stage two clutch. Also I believe its the old kit where the blower mounts on the side. If I am thinking correctly.

Please give me your input I'm hoping for this to happen relatively soon.
Thanks!

Yes the SC one has the upgraded clutch. And it will be used for mainly street but will take it to the track with my cousin (has a turbo miata)

I'd probably get the supercharged one. Definitely get a thorough car inspection (including engine compression) before buying though.

If both the same color get the SC one.
If differant colors get the color you like best.

If they're pretty much the same condition, I'd get the S/C'd car.

SC car for sure. Even if you don't want the boost you can uninstall and make some cash for other mods!

I'd go SC and take it off if you don't want it. Sell it and take the $$ for other mods.

Definitely this, even with the higher pricetag the supercharged S2000 also has slightly less miles. If you decide to part out/sell the entire supercharger kit, you could easily make up that $1500 difference with plenty of profit room to spare.
