Haha. You could get pretty creative with secret compartments if it involved removing panels. You could stash stuff in the spot where glove boxes usually are (anyone who has installed a Modifry DCI speed controller knows this area), or you could pull off the panel where the stick and emergency button are.

No, the one I'm talking about requires getting out of the car because it's inaccessible while sitting in hard to access from the driver's seat. It doesn't involve removing panels. But this "compartment" isn't actually enclosed. It's just an extra storage spot that is well hidden.

With all the ambiguity going around to keep things a secret, it's hard to know for sure if we're all on the same page -- even the people who think they know where all of the compartments are. To be very explicit, I don't consider something a compartment if it involves removing panels or doing any serious work to expose the area. I also don't consider "under the seat" a compartment. It needs to have the ability to hold things. That said, one of the compartments doesn't actually open/close. It's just a compartment for holding stuff.

1 - Glove box
2 - Regular secret compartment
3 - Small cargo areas on the doors
4 - Additional secret compartment that you cannot easily access from the driver's seat.

Edit: I haven't been driving my S2000 recently, and I just remembered exactly where the 4th compartment is. It can be accessed while sitting in the driver's seat, but not easily.

That's the one I'm thinking of. I have a mesh pocket behind my passenger seat. I was delighted to find it the first time I pushed the passenger seat all the way forward. There may be other compartments, but I'm not aware of them.

Ah, ok. Haha. Yeah, my '03 has one in the back of each seat. I've never actually put anything in them. LOL.

I haven't either. I just like having the feature.

I think they're referring to the carpeted crevice that's on the right side of the drivers well, kind of behind the radio. But I'm not sure. It's like a mini compartment.

I have taken most of the interior apart and I haven't noticed any secret compartments. There are places you could probably store things but I wouldn't call them compartments. At least not like the normal secret compartment above the glove box where the manual and sunglasses holder is. Although I owned the car for about 4 or 5 months before I realized that the car had coat hangers.

The only places I can thing of that you could stash things are under the seats, behind the seats, under the passenger and driver dashes (you can reach up and put stuff in them), behind the radio accessible from the side under the dash, and probably best of all above the fuel tank opposite side of where the spare tire is if you still have it. But they aren't really compartments.
