I dont know about calling, but I have ALWAYS even before meeting Rick and James, got snappy answers to my usually stupid questions when sent via email or PM. Try the computer for these things. For those that work at real jobs too (which I think they both do), this is usually easier.

Also, lighten up and sssssllllllooooowwwww down a bit. We all get impatient at times, but most of the time good things come to those who wait. I have most of Rick's accessories and they are great. Worth waiting for.

I have been answering all of my email and PMs while I've been on vacation, usually with 12 hours of receipt, and I haven't seen anything from you. We pride ourselves on quick responses to questions and if you haven't gotten responses to your inquiries, the messages must not be getting through. If you left voice mail at my company's office (not Ricks, but Art & Science Group, the business that makes my real living), it has not been answered because the one thing I do ignore on vacation is voice mail.

Our apologies. We certainly don't like people to feel ignored -- that's not our way of doing things.

Please consider this as another strong vote of confidence for Rick and James.

They have been extremely professional and courteous in numerous transactions over a long period of time. On the rare occasion that there was a problem, perceived or real, they have put out the extra effort to make things right.

Please note that this group has very high expectations and these guys are performing up to those standards.

Their products are high quality. I've had my 7/8 Aeroscreen & Console covers for over a month. I installed them LAST night as my car was delivered Thursday & they both look great! I littered Rick with several questions via pm's & he responded promptly each time. Everyone needs a vacation.... do business with them now that they're back & you won't be disappointed!

My only complaint about these guys is that I haven't bought anything from them yet. I've had contact with both of them and they're stand up guys. It's people like Rick and James that make this such a great site. If you've had a problem dealing with them it's a freak thing.

Rick has been attentive with extraordinary requests... beyond the original simple order.

He has changed colors, added engravings, and in general gone way out of his way for this satisfied customer.

Don't blow it by jumping to conclusions.

their service and products have been #1 quality in my experience.
sorry to hear you had a problem. definitely worth giving them another chance.
the console cover and badges are the first upgrades i would make to our car- the improvements that they make to the car are tremendous!
