Is Rick's closed or on vacation?
I read about this last week and was very defensive towards supporting Rick's and the products they sell. I ordered from them about three times and everytime was a very pleasant experience. Now all of a sudden I ordered over a week and a half ago and I can't even get a reply to my e-mails. I know thew shift boot takes 2-1/2 weeks but I was promised my other items would ship. Well, 1-1/2 weeks and still waiting. I wouldn't mind so much about the waiting if someone would just reply to my e-mails. Also, very disapointed about not being able to order a console cover with a logo. Apparently they don't do that anymore. I guess legal reasons but I am not sure because no one answers e-mail that is sent. Well I am done venting and hope someone is listening. Thanks guys

Sorry did not get your e-mail and since am new to te board did not seethread from a while back. All I am saying is my curent order has not been delivered and I was wondering why. I did e-mailthe address on the web site which I would think would get a reply. I understand you are busy as we all are) but I didn't have the e-mail address listed above until yesterday. Any way love the products and will continue to do business with you just please get me my order or at least tel me when I will be receiving it. Thanks again
I don't mean to sound like an ass for saying this.... but....
It seems that Rick and Muz do outstanding work for a large number of people on this site. If you have problems with them, tell them about it. Give them a reasonable amount of time to respond and give them more than one way to contact you. I have read several posts in the last few days about "good customers" getting upset about misunderstandings with Rick and posting about it in this public forum. Give the man a break. If you have a problem with him or is company, let him know, give him a REASONABLE amount of time to respond. Don't drag his good name through the mud on this public forum and save yourself the trouble of having to eat your words in a few days.
