I have a private party deal in place for $14.5K. Is it a good deal?

Clean Title. All stock.
Everything in excellent condition except for one small scuff on rear bumper.
2 previous owners.

I have to decide by tomorrow evening or owner takes the next offer. Please help.

Did you get to test drive it? Will the seller let you take it to get looked over? Seems like a great price for what you have listed in terms of year and mileage.

Go for it if you feel the car is mechanically sound (and at 34k, it should be).

I originally wanted a GPW but they are hard to find.

I will be test driving it tonight and will insist to get it inspected. any shop recommendations in the SF Bay Area?
