Default I just realized, I'm "That Annoying Guy"

When looking for parking in crowded lots in my GS-R, I would always get excited when I see an empty spot, only to be annoyed when it's either a Miata, a motorcycle, or even a mini-cooper that occupied it. I sort of curse and mutter as I drive by.

The other day I was parking my car at a lot, and (well my heart sort of sank as I didn't see my car parked in the spot I last parked it in). You do the inching, creeping walk towards the lot, hoping it's hidden. And that's when it hit me. I'm now that annoying guy with the pint sized car that dashes the hopes and dreams of would be shoppers desperately looking for parking!

I solve that problem by not parking up close to whatever business I'm going into. The SUV crowd tends to park as close as they can to minimize walking so they (usually) ignore the end of the parking lot I use.

Keeps me further away from negligent door dings too.

Damn that little thing looks small sandwiched between those two pickemups. I'll have to avoid that visual if possible. It's a miracle that my 6'2" self can fold enough to get in and out. What's even more bizzare is how comfy its is once inside the little demon.

I must admit...I do feel a little ackward getting out of it ,not knowing what people may think ,but I'm getting better at it. That's why the car must be as clean and shiny as possible.Destraction and all ...you know.

The car is quite a bit bigger than my FZR 1000 and I don't get wierd looks at all getting off and on it.
