Strange that you would assume that. It's no secret (i.e. Google easily yields results) that the S isn't all that great for drifting in its stock form.

turn hard brake in the turn to upset the car balance, or push i nthe clutcn mid way through the turn rev rev and pop it out...

S2Ks are not torque monsters so getting the tail out with the gas pedal is tricky.

1/4" total rear toe out. Good look keeping it going in a straight line anywhere

The S2000 really doesn't like starting out a smooth powerslide or maintaining it like a 240SX does. I used to own a 240SX with a SR20DET before I bought my S2000.

There's a reason you don't see too many S2000 drift cars. Compare that to the amount of 240 drift cars you see.

The S2000 lacks the low end torque punch to get the car sliding or keep it sliding without having to keep the engine screaming.

I could slide my 240 from a stop light by just stepping on the gas hard and turning it. I could keep it going for like...half a mile (lol) by modulating the throttle between 3k and 7k RPM. Can't do that with a S2000.

It's not going to act anything like a 240. Sorry.

lol still wouldn't be nice and smooth. The S2000's slides are too choppy and spooky.

Rather than spend money/time making the S2000 drift...buying a junked out 240SX/Miata/Camaro would be way cheaper and easier. You can get any of those cars for under $1k. Weld the diff. Done.
