Default I need your input, having problems with s2000

I'm posting this for my dad. He has been trying to resolve these problems with Honda, and can use some input. Is anyone having or have had any of the following problems:

Problems with 2001 S2000:

Your oil use is definitely excessive. Honda has asked it dealers to Tell Customers About S2000 Oil Consumption but your's beats their numbers as stated in a tech bulletin to dealers: "Due to the high performance nature of the

Check the tire pressure...a low tire will cause a definite pull.

Almost every case, including mine, that I've heard with pulling right or left upon acceleration, is due to tire pressure being low. As far as the tranny popping out of gear, others have had that problem. And whether there's a TSB to repair it or not the dealer should fix it.

Sounds to me like your dad drives the S very hard, due to the fact that he had the engine rebuilt at 20,000 miles. This could be why he uses so much oil. Maybe he should take it easy on the car or get another one that can handle his driving style.
