what's the difference between the VAFC and the S-AFC II???

VAFC includes a VTEC controller. SAFCs do not, so they are used on non-VTEC vehicles. A SAFC II is just an updated version of the SAFC.

thanks turbo, if i buy the VAFC i have to buy the harness too right?

If you want it to be plug and play with no wire splicing then yes. PM Jaker or look in the GB Forum. He is currently selling/making the VAFC harness.
