I second ruexp67's comment. If the rain had caught you (as in a cloud moved in from the side ahead of you, since most clouds don't go 100mph), chances are the fresh rain on the road, esp. if it hadn't rained for a while, couldn't resulted in a loss of traction. And I don't even want to think what a loss of traction at 130mph would've done.
Great story, but next time I'd recommend getting rained on, or at least driving at 65mph or less (you want to definitely be below hydroplane speed).
