Well I finally got my baby back from the bodyshop after some1 rearended me at a red light a few weeks ago. All I can say is when I saw her I honestly was about to cry I missed her so much.I was gonna bring her roses but instead I figured she would love some new S-03's and Volks so I put them on her when I got it back today. We spent the entire day together she was so happy in the corners and everyone kept giving her compliments on how sexy she looks. All the other cars were so jealous at the stoplights that we were getting all the attention. (oh yea we drove 122miles today probably double that tomorrow I took these 2 days out of work just so we could be together for awhile and catch up on missed time) I did visit her at the autobody shop twice just to see she was getting taken care of ok and everytime I was there she was parked in a nice safe corner and covered with some nice 3m plastic cover thingie the guys did a really good job. Mad props to Ricky the paint guru at Autopaint R.I. I have a Silverstone S2k and I was concerned that I would not see that cool effect of the metallic like it being silver in the sun and gray in the shade but he shot sample after sample at different pressures with different brands to make sure it came out perfect he really takes what he does seriously. It came out perfect I am pleased now I am gonna have them do my bodykit and spoiler. I was getting really scared a couple of days ago because another member of this forum said when he got his car back it had over 100mi and it had all scuff marks and the top would not align. Well after I saw that post I did not sleep that night and I was down at the bodyshop 1st thing to make sure my baby was safe. But the guys at Autopaint R.I. took care of me So on that note let me just say im glad I have my car back and I give a loud thank you to all the true Autobody pros you know who you are. Thanks you make it possible for us to enjoy and this again happily you get my Thanks again
