well today my car totally lost its vtec virginity racing some integ... the prob is i have 570 miles on it and not the 600 that the manual askes for. do you guys think that the 30 mile difference is gonna hurt the thing? BTW it was the first time that i have felt the surge of vtec, its nice! compared to the crappy vvt-i that i have in my lex vtec is acually notable. im kinda worried, feedback please...

Oh my God!

Where's your willpower? Are you nuts?

DJ, my car had 44 miles on it when I bought it and I know at least 3 people had test driven it. I feel sure it was hammered before I bought it. I hope not but I bet it was. My cars fine and I'm sure yours will be too. I'll also bet you waited longer than half the owners to Vtec.

No worries mate!

I bet he also folds up the scraps from dinner into nice little packages, wrapped in paper towels, then foil, then placed in a lunch sack, then put neatly in the kitchen garbage can...taken out precisely out at the right time to be placed at the curb...yada yada yada.

DJHohum, no sweat...it's no big deal!

Yeah, no biggie...600 is just somewhat of an arbitrary number, not an absolute thing.

Don't sweat it my man. Remember some people subscribe to the theory of breaking it in like you are going to drive it. (not me but..) I'm pretty sure you got nothing to worry about.

On the other hand, if you ever have a problem your always gonna wonder
