I've heard if you swap the wheel there is no chance in having a functional airbag.

The steering wheel is different? Didn't notice, my eyes kept drawing toward that IN DASH NAVIGATION SYSTEM!!! Where was this option when I was buying. It's all in Japanese anyway right, oh well.
