Much like everyone else, I plan to always have some type of s2000 in my garage. At 20 years old, I certainly have the ambitions to move into bigger and better things of course but I feel like even if it isn't my current s2000, as I too would ultimately like to move into a low milage CR or newer model s2000, the thought of actually subtracting MY00 from my garage is a lot less likely then adding to it with a playmate to keep her milage low.

Until I pay it off, then I am going to sell it and buy a 06 and up GPW. Then I will keep it forever.

If I ever sell mine, it will likely be for another, newer S2000. I could easily transfer the few aftermarket modifications I've made to the new car. I'm tempted by the new BRZ STI, and I've always liked Boxsters, but I'd rather spend my money on maintaining my S2k and doing more car stuff instead of spending money on owning a Boxster.

If it ever stops being fun then it'll go. Bought it 5 weeks ago, and was about to sell my old car. Realized I could keep the old car for a daily, and use the S as a track/weekend playtoy. Sooooo, I don't see it not being fun for a realllly long time. . . If ever.

I can say with confidence that I will never sell it. This is the car I have wanted since I was in 6th grade. It's paid off and will be with me for the long run.

After grad school, this car is receiving a complete over haul.

Been an owner since Jan. 2000....still have my first S2000 (and is currently being rebuilt (ground up) a third time.

Bought a second one, sold it.
Bought a third one and rebuilt it for my wife.

Never planned to sell my first one, never planned to sell my wife's.

However, wife barely drives hers as do I. Mine VERY rarely was driven from the last rebuild to this one. Now thinking about possibly selling both of them to be replaced with a Stradale (which I'd probably drive EVEN less than the s2000's). Not sure I'm going to do that.

We'll see.
