Ok so heres the situation.. I'm going to sell my s2k but before I do, I want to get this minor situation fixed before I hand the car over. My S is a MY00 and has about 50K on it. And around 30K miles I noticed that when I started my car the the rpm's would be @ a little bit under 1k. I would rev it to about 2K and then progressively go down to .5K and lower sometimes and almost make the engine shut off. And always making my engine rattle. And during the winter time, every morning the car would shut off as soon as I would start it in the morning. And once in a while make a sharp scratching noise. What do you think the problem is? I had the tsb054 fixed and thats about it and got the clutch kit from hardtopguy. I dont beat on my car much.. I vtec maybe once a day if that it.. Help me please! i'm really reconsidering on not selling it bc I miss driving the car soo much.. Its sitting in the garage right now as I speak and I've been driving MY05 RL.. And its just soo blah. I dont think I will find another car under 32K.. So maybe this is more beneficial information for myself so I can get this problem fixed asap. Thank you.
