Idle Air Control valve
I took my car to the dealer today because my check engine light was on. My car showed the PO302 and PO304 codes. The codes mean that number 2 and number 4 cylinders are mis-firing; so they are going to replace my Idle Air Control valve. Has anybody else had to replace there Idle Air Control valve?
AND, what is a Idle Air Control valve? Where is it located? (In the intake manifold I presume) Does anybody have any information that might educate me on this? For some reason, I doubt that replacing the Idle Air Control valve is going to make my engine fire right. What are your thoughts?
