Default Idle normal??

I'm wondering about my idle speed. Normally, the car seems to idle around 900RPM. Occasionally, it seems to stay up around 1300 RPM. If I lightly touch the gas, it'll drop back to around 900 again. The car is fully warmed up when this occurs and it's got about 1100 miles on the odo.

Just like to know if I need to make a pit stop by the dealer....Thanks!

I'd have to check to make sure, but that sounds about right. If memory serves me, I think my '02 idles around 1k or so, and perhaps a tad higher when I first start it.

Different cars idle at different RPMs. My Camry idles in the neighborhood of 500 RPMs. My S2000 idles considerably higher. I still need to double check to be certain, but I'm pretty sure it's in the neighborhood of 1k RPMs, possibly 900 RPMs or so. It idles a little higher than that when I first start it in the morning.
