At the time I bought my S, probably a Boxster S or a 330 convertible.

Now, probably an M3 or C6 Vette.

 

MR2 Turbo or used NSX

 

evo rs or rx7

 

perhaps a used M3 cab or 330icab. maybe a formerly owned 911 cab. used m roadster is possible

 

A G35 Coupe

 

i'd still be taking the train and saving money,
maybe a G35,

 

NSX for sure, or a RHD RX7

 

Ohh... Z33 or STi.

 

I proably would have bought one of the other cars I was considering at the time, a 350Z or Rx-8.

If I was making the choice now, and no S was available, either a WRX Sti or an 05 Mustang GT.

My 1997 Z3 BMW (1.9l) with the Downing/Atlanta supercharger. I go back and forth between driving the S2K and the Z3 and enjoy the characteristics of each. In case you're wondering, if I could only have one, I'd keep the S. Fortunately, I've been lucky enough to not have to make that decision.
