I went through the same type of situation. I went with the following....

Comptech Exhaust
DC Sports Headers
CF Dash Kit
Neuspeed STB
Momo Shift Knob

If I had that now I don't know what I'd get. I'd probably save up for some other stuff...
Amuse Front Chin Spoiler
Amuse CF Hood
Volks

Then again, that would mean I'd have to convince my wife

Thats harder than coming up with the cash.

AEM/Injen CAI = $250
V-AFC+harness+dyno = $650
Veilside Titanium Exhaust = $700
Voodoo Titanium Shift Knob = $110
6.5" speakers = $100

Thats about $1800 leaving you some room under your budget.
