If your car is lowered get an X brace
Other than the obvious benefits of the X brace, it also serves as a "protective cage" for your oil pan.
I just had my car lowered and I ran over a uneven part of the road, almost like a long deep pot hole on the street and "scrape!". Couldn't see it until it was too late. I wish they would keep up with the street conditions!
Anyhow went home and jacked up my car to find my X brace scraped up. Now whether or not I would have scraped if I didn't have my X brace on is up for debate, but I sure feel better that it was my brace and not my oil pan!
I will be dreaming of perfectly paved roads tonight!
