Im after Air vent gauges
#11
i made a custom mount for my gauges where the left air vent and stock radio remote controls used to be. i took off the factory gauge surround, took out the vent and controls then made mounts out of plexiglass, body filler, plastic epoxy, and paint. it turned out really well, i just don't have any pictures. i did post pictures on the gallery but couldn't find them earlier. if you happen to see the pictures and like the look, i have a spare gauge surround sitting new in the honda box if you either want me to make one for you, or if you want i could just sell you the surround and you can try yourself. i would let it go for $50 bucks ( i got it for $118

Just dis-assemble the vent. Cut a piece of ABS plastic to fit inside. Epoxy it in or any other way you choose to secure it in there. And don't forget to cut the holes for the gauges! I have done this in 3 different cars but not the S2000. Each time I did it, there was at least one hot ass day I wished I hadn't! For my S2000 I am going with some gauges inside the radio compartment as I will remove the factory radio, and maybe one on the A-piller.
