but yes they still make money from 'holdback' so they can sell at invoice. work out the out the door price so no suprise BS fees.

I got mines for invoice. Ended up paying 33k D/O. Anyways paying 500 over invoice is still good though. Considering this is a sports car.

I'm going to buy a slightly used 04 with only around 7000 miles on it and get the certified Honda used car warranty which blows away the new car warranty and I also save 5 grand off the msrp price. The used car warranty is 7 years or 100,000 miles. Go slightly used and save a bundle.

I paid $1000 over invoice, and it included 7 year HondaCare in October for an '05. The dealership had 2 identical silverstone grey models, and the sales guy said they're lucky to sell 20 a year. He was willing to make me a better offer on an '04 GPW which was their "test" car.

TTL were $125.

I bought my 04 two months ago, and paid $100 over invoice. the dealer had never sold one for that cheap, and they only get 2 S2ks per year. yeah thats right 2.... I think I have the only hardtop in the state. (Arkansas is a sucky place to be, except for the abundance of twisties!)

$500 over is good, take it and never look back!

How about a silverstone/blk 2005 in Kansas City with ~500miles? I am strongly considering a new M3 or NSX. PM me if interested.

New M3 is 50+grand, not even the same league (price wise), same with NSX unless you get a beater pre 97

If you want a used 04 silverstone I know someone in the Chicago Burbs who has one for sale at a good price. It is silverstone and black - 7 months old, 9k miles - $26500. Let me know if you are interested..Ill give you the details.

FYI I bought my 04 10 months ago. I paid $31k and that included side strakes, oem trunk spoiler and oem front lip....and wheel locks of course!! If you find yourself at a stalemate on the car price...try bargaining on the extras (if you want them).
