Default I'm getting the S2000... again.

I spent some time this weekend looking at other cars.

AudiSport: Silver manual S4s are a hard get as they stopped production in mid-to-late 2001. The reliability factor didn't fly too well either along with the fact that a new one's going to come out in '03. Resale sucks on Audis. Looked at the 225 TT coupe. Nice ride. It'd look great with 19" HREs. It's definitely grown on me, but not a sports car and, surprisingly, I'm not impressed with the interior.

BMW: I put down a deposit to be in line for a fully loaded M3 to be delivered in 6 months, but I realized soon after I did that that insurance would kick my ass. Beautiful car. If I could afford it, this car would be my top choice. N/A. Will look good for years. Unbeatable combo of flash/performance. BMW still has my deposit money just in case I land in on some phat cash in about 6 months.

Honda: Back to my first love. Ordered a black/red '02 for MSRP. It'll get here in ~3 months. The black/red combo doesn't exist in the entire West region of the US right now (so they tell me). Allocation order time, baby. I'll make sure to get me a set of not-summer tires this time around and to also respect Mother Nature more.

Yo Ben, that rocks. Welcome to wash daily hell, but you know I can live with it. While I have no idea if there are any Blk/Red S2000's on the West Coast, I can say I have yet to see one. Sweet, you'll be back in style in no time.

Welcome back to Honda's. I know it would be hard for me to regularly drive a different manufacture. (well unless I have to pull a boat, but thats a long long way off) Nothing feels like a Honda except a Honda.

Do we have a White left in the PNW?

I'm going into this black/red thing knowing full well the comments I will be getting from the haters.

But, hey, knowing me, who the heck knows what I'll end up with. I like your M3. Can I take it for a spin and crash it?
