Hey guys-

I got the INJEN CAI on my car. I am paranoid about hydrolocking (poor college student with big car payment). I talked to an INJEN sales rep today and he told me that within the next month or so, INJEN will be coming out with a "bonnet" to go over the intake filter. It is supposedly basically a "micro-fiber" bag (like GORE_TEX) that will fit over the filter and will be basically waterproof. He claims the CFM will not be reduced.

Has anyone else heard of this? Would this work?

K&N has been making those for a couple of years now . Do an internet search for yourself or visit your local tuner parts/performance dealer. I think K&N calls it a pre-charger
