i was looking for one

but then mine is MY2002 so it most likely won't fit

and also, the cost new was pretty high @ $4xx ?!

It helps a little with the outside noise, but it contains the noise from my Invidia exhaust .

It also acts as an insulator on those very hot and very cold days.

I love mine, but unfortunately, my car usually has the top down unless it's raining buckets-o-water. It's mostly used when I drive around top up w/ my wife w/ the invidia silencers firmly in place.

I wish I new, i had one in Mint condition, but I traded it in this past Janurary. i figured nobody would want it. It is very nice though. you have to keep it clean if you put the top down a lot. the only thing I didin't like wa mounting the velcro tabs on the front ---you had to keep smoothing out the liner. I think the residue from the velcro seeped thru the top because I had a spot that would turn white every so often. ????
