Hey guys!

The time is almost here where I'll have enough cash to replace my soft top on my '01. I'd like to get a soft top with the glass window in it instead of the silly plastic one (I can't even see out of my rear window). Does anyone know exactly what is involved in doing so? I've dug around the forums a bit but I haven't picked much up. Some posts say you need a different frame or something for it. Could someone steer me in the right direction? What do I need to purchase, and where would someone recommend I purchase the top?

how much are you willing to spend, i am going to be buying a hardtop and removing my softtop that was replaced last year new by the previous owner. has a glass window.

 

Whatever it takes. I'm not interested in a used top though. My current top has been such a nightmare, I'm not willing to get something that's used. I want it to be fresh.

 

Many local places around town can handle it, and by that i mean 2.
