actually seeing the age is actually a plus. knowing there are a bunch of people my age affording it and the same size as me fitting in it helps also.
now i just gotta find a used one cuz the dealerships here only have new ones no used. i liked the feel of it i just wanted to see from anothers point of view. someone who was in the same situation as me had a larger car *which is pretty much everyone lol cuz the S is so tiny which isnt a bad thing* and having the change. thanks for all the feedback. it has helped alot.

for the ones who are 18 and 19 like myself *18* what are yall doin as far as jobs to afford the car? what other expenses do yall have?

I'm only 140 lbs and 5'7" but you aren't that much larger than me. It has plenty of room. Try driving an MR2 and you'll understand that the S is pretty roomy!

You want to be IN the seat, not ON the seat. being closely held in the bolsters allows you to feel the road because you spend less time sliding back and forth on the seat and more time connected to it. F15 fighter jet cock pits are the same way, keeps you close to all the controls and connected with the amazing machine.
thanks man, that helps alot
lol ive never sat in an MR2 but they are small cars so id assume lol
i know what you mean about wanting to be in the seat now on it or sliding around
thats one of the things i did like about it that i was IN the seat and all. im pretty much set on an s2k. they only other thing i would get besides that is an 02-03 WRX but thats 2nd choice, only if i cant get an s2k for whatever reason

5'10" 145, even I found it a little tight for the first couple of weeks! I am just getting used to it now.

I'm 6'4 tall and when I bought my S I was 293 lb. Since putting my baby to sleep for the winter time I lost 45 lb. I figured that its the best way to shave some weight off my car. So don't worry about your size cause it will fit like a glove. In my case it was more like a CONDOM but it will change soon , just 40 lb to go and summer arrives
good luck

6'1" 230 lbs., its a comfy fit. have done va-chicago trips in my old 03 and in my 06, and the 14 road trip is actually fun, comfy the whole way too.

I'm 5'11" and 135lbs soaking wet.

For the first couple days, I felt a little confined, but then it started feeling normal and now it feels like the way things are supposed to be.

Other peoples' cars feel odd to me now, like I'm in a big box with nothing holding me in my seat.

I did manage to fall asleep in the car the first night I had it. Was exploring the car's buttons and all into the wee hours and woke up at 2am to discover I'd slumped over the center console and drooled into the cupholder...

Oh yeah, not sure why it matters, but I'm 38.

I am 49 and a studmuffin and I love the way it fits. One reason I purchased the S2000 was because of the great headroom. It has more headroom than my 06 Corvette. Having driven Lexus for years and SUVs the tighter fits of the S takes some getting use to, but it becomes a real pleaser once you make the mental adjustment

What the hell does age have with how a person fits once in the car? Apparently teenagers fit in the S2000 better than others (unless you're 90).
hah, a/s/l?
