actually with the way the rx8 takes to an ecu mod (check the rx8 forums) i wouldn't mind one of those rotaries powering my S!

i forgot how much it actually gained, but they more then made up for the "lack of horsepower".

does the RX8 shift knob screw perfectly into the s2000 lever?
i know there are imprints on the rx8 knob so ill be curious if it alligns perfectly once screw into the S2K

Hmmm if an RX8 shift knob fits then it would be even better to get the lighted RX8 knob!

One thing with the RX8 knobs is the "silver" wears off.

Yes, the RX-8 shift knob screws in perfectly into the S2K lever. I was kinda worried that it wouldn't because I bought it without even knowing if it was compatible.

The light up one would have been sweet, but a lot more money. I think they were like $150? I got mine for $50 from someone who wasn't using it anymore
