Did seller provide mounting bolts? If yes, you're set. Drill same holes as for OEM spoiler (outer edges of trunk...you'll *see* tap points for rear-most drilling & remove rubber cushions to twisted into the trunk & you'll see a second set of tap points). Your local Honda dealership should recognize these drill points as well if you'd like a local to point it out for you. I might suggest adding some touch-up paint once you've done the drilling, sanding/filing of any metal burrs so that the drill points don't rust up. Also might suggest you seek Lowes / Home Depot for some thin rubber material to make a padded "gasket" of sorts...although that's not absolutely necessary. I did the gasket effort just to assure a flush fitment & a little cushion/shock absorption. I installed mine with no instrucitons as well; really not so tough .
