Default Installing OEM Hardtop

I just finished installing the OEM hardtop kit, it was pretty easy over all, however, I have 2 extra parts remaining, they were included with the kit, but didn't find a reference for installing them in the installation guide, are they needed for installing the Hardtop on an AP2? both parts are identical, I think they should be left and right. can some body look at the picture and tell me what they are ?

I could be wrong since I haven't got mine yet, but the should be strikers. You shouldn't need them since you have an 05. If your top is fitting good, you just got some spare strikers
