Installing Rick's badges - ambient temps?
I've just gotten the badges and found out that ambient temps need to be 70F or above. Of course, just this week a cold front has come in and I may not see those temps for months (but maybe it'll creep up in a few weeks, it's not impossible).
I should be able to count on low 60s. I'm wondering if I can get away with heating the specific area and badges with a hair dryer on low setting or an small room electrical heater/fan located close to the area to be worked (while sitting in the garage).
Anyone have any suggestions? I won't risk it, but will wait till spring if I have to, just would like an easy answer that means I might get them on before winter really sets in.
Is there a phone number where Rick or James can be called? I've sent other more important email at them on the rest of my order, but no reply yet. PM me if someone has a phone number.
THANKS!

Sorry Chandler,
The badges start to become less flexible after the temperature goes below 70 degrees. This is not a problem after installation, it just makes installation slightly tricky because the badge becomes less pliable. You can alleviate this by simply making sure that the badges have been warmed slightly before installation. I live in NY and have just installed 2 sets of badges using this warming method without incident. I held each badge next to an air vent on high heat, since there was no other heat source available at the time.
Regards,
James
ps: Thanks Wanabe.
