Rick's replacement badges
Mask off the area around the original badges first - be as close as possble to the badge or even try slipping the masking tape under it slightly - this will prevent any scratches.
Get yourself some dental floss or a piece of thread and slip it behind the emblem and start cutting the adhesive away. One you have done that - the emblem should easily come off.
The front one can be a little tricky as the two prongs on the badge have a fastner on the back - you can access these near the radiator duct - just reach in and you'll be able to feel them - I cut mine as it was easier.
What you'll be left with is some horrible sticky residue. Soak with some WD40 and leave for 10 mins. Then just rub the remainder of the gooey stuff off. This whole process shouldn't take longer than 30 mins.
I replaced my badges with JDM red ones.

As you say..very simple
Now no one will know what car I drive !
FYI, both badges front and rear have prongs. I managed to get the originals off without smashing them.
The whole job took 45 mins which included getting the glue off.
