Installing Rick's wind screen

Just ordered a wind screen from Rick. Where can I buy marine goop that I've read good things about? Is that the actual product name?

West Marine has it (they're a very good marine mail order supplier)
They have Marine GOOP for $9.99

3M 5200 is an excellent "Marine Goop" (sealant/adhesive) product available at most large hardware stores. I think it still only comes in white though.
