What can I do/buy to hold the ricks 7/8th windscreen at the top of the roll hoop - I know I saw something on ricks website but cannot find it now...can someone help?
When I installed my 7/8th screen, Rick included some rubber stripping that you glue on the roll bar to support both edges of the window screen mounting bracket. This completley ilimiates the rattle that you hear. It also works fine at higher speeds. I have seen others post with similar "buffers" added. Note that when you glue anything on, make sure the area is properly cleaned and rough sanded. Use 600 grit sandpaper, alchol swabs, and any kind of super glue. If you dont do this prep work correctly, the buffers will continue to come off. I used Gorilla glue and have not had a problem with them coming off. Also before glueing, pull screen back about 1/8", so you buffers will make solid contact when the windscreen is fully upright.
