Interestting stuff. While looking around for shades, and ultimately settling for the Maui Jim sports, every person behind the counter would just say that polarized lenses reduce glare..and that's all they couldn't elaborate.

I don't know if my shades are polarized or not but I definetly had trouble seeing the tach and the speedo in the sunlight.

I don't have a problem reading the dash with my Killer Loops but I have trouble reading the LCD display on my Archos Jukebox. This is a pain when you are driving ....

i have this problem with the centre cluster in our audi.....i have revo's and sarengetti's....

no problems in the S2000.

I have no problem reading the display with my Bolle's that are polarized. HUD's on GM cars are completely invisible though.
