Insurance differences
I agree that this question can only be answered by calling your insurance company -- and maybe a few others. So much depends on where you live, your age, marital status, driving record, credit score, and things we just can't answer on a forum. All I can say is that I always do this before buying another car, to determine whether it will be financially feasible for me.

However, for me when I did a query with GEICO online, the quote was cheaper for the Lotus Elise/Exige by $80. My current full coverage on the S is $385 every 6.

ya upgrading to a lotus has been on my mind for awhile.... might at some point down the road, once i get a daily driver that i can count on. don't think i want one just yet regardless... i might end up like this guy, given my driving history...
