But I can say that I was quoted at 1100 every 6 months from Progressive. Maybe State Farm charges me more because almost 4 years ago I did 15K worth of damage to my 2 week old Trans-am WS6

Age makes a difference so does location. I pay 900/yr on the S with StateFarm and a $500 deductible. I am also a lot older than Cagar.

21st Century Group (formerly 20th Century) has found that drivers with degrees in engineering are lower risks than other drivers. If you have a bachelor's degree in any number of engineering or science-related fields -- biochemistry, mathematics or mechanical engineering, for example -- you can get a discount on your auto insurance premium if you buy from them.

I just tried to get a quote from costco/amex. You must have been driving for 9 years and no at fault accidents ever and no tickets in the past five years. Pretty strict!!!!

I actually had two tickets prior to my coverage with them, they may have changed their guidelines since then to be more strict now.

I'm 25 and have 3 cars on my Allstate policy. A 2000 S2K, 2000 Civic Si (FOR SALE) and a 1973 Chevy truck (Winter Beater). Both Honda's have full coverage. I have a clean record and pay 688.00 for 6 months.
