Does anyone have this setup? aftermarket, intake, header, test pipe but with a stock exhaust?

I plan on this setup to keep the stock look. My concern is the "bottle neck" affect.
Your thoughts and suggestions are very welcome.

Check my signature for my set-up. I had the 70mm exhaust, but sold it. It didn't slow the car down very much. I would say go for it, nice and quiet is for me.
