Thanks Rick!

Who said that? Curse your tongue!

There is something about the way titanium feels in your hand, and the extra weight makes for snickety shifts!

I think the price of slightly used pearl aluminum knobs will be low for a while.

Got mine last night, used it today. It's great!

Not groundbreaking or earth-shattering or anything of the sort, but it feels really good. Very meaty. Shifts feel a lot more positive.

Plus it just looks freaking cool!

I like mine but i wish it was a tad bit thinner in overall diameter. I'm not used to it yet but i like the way it shifts.

Anyone go from aluminum voodoo to the ti and care to talk about the ease of shifting? IE... does the weight really make much difference?

I did, and no, it did not make that much difference. The biggest difference was going from stock, to the aluminum Voodoo. The aluminum knob also had a clearcoat. The Ti does not. I mentioned it before, the Ti just feels better in your hand. At lunch today, I took a long drive. I was switching back and fourth between knobs to do a little comparo. The extra little bit of weight was noticable, but not a revelation. The overall feel of the Ti was .

Heh, man, I hope you didn't forget to put the aluminum one in the mail after all the switching around that you did. j/k
