His conclusions are based upon different assumptions than others so it is hard to fully agree with all the statements. BUT, I do agree that wheel dyno runs have so much variance that they are almost worthless (and certainly misleading) when comparing small changes. I have seen up to 3% variance with same car/day/dyno/operator runs, so comparing numbers when any of those things are different is not really valid.
