Why can't you people just recognize and appreciate other nice cars? Sure the driver was an asshole, but most people are. Don't be so close minded and immature.

 

the MS3 is quick, and cheap... the S is quick, not as cheap, and hasn't had a real design change since inception. I can totally understand why people think we drive stupid cars....

I think its about one word: Honda. There's a lot of ignorant people that just think of ricers/econoboxes/familty cars and can't get over the fact that the S is a real sports car AND its a Honda. I've had a guy put almost half of his body out the window to say "its just a Honda". All I was doing was driving top down slow in traffic. WTF?

I will admit Honda is a bit to blame, it shows no signs of changing its brand identity of just well built, quality family cars. Thats not enough these days. C'mon Honda, start kicking ass in F1, get more involved in relevant racing series in the US such as ALMS or Rolex, something! (who the hell watches IRL anyways) Show us what the "Dream" is all about now, not just rely of your past successes for marketing crap. Bring back the CRX (a proper one, not that hybrid thing you showed), , update the S2000 and come out with the a new NSX already. How long you're going to just watch Nissan kick your ass with the GTR.

Haha, ignorance. I had some asshole in a nissan titan of all things try to race me on the most cop infested road in Laurel the other day. There is a large county sherrifs station ON THE ROAD. I just laughed at the idiot.

I used to get that same treatment (mostly from honda tuners ironically) all the time with my modified Camry (yet people in everything from mustangs to stock camry's would compliment me regularly).

It's really just a case of ignorant people being allowed to survive past conception.

 

I agree with what was said above. This was a guy driving an overpowered, front wheel drive mini station wagon. Perhaps he was referring to his own car.
