I've seen LEDs in the door handles and thought that looked pretty nice. I don't know about black lights but I think some subtle lighting near the footwell is ok.

 

I have a strobe light integrated into my rear view mirror.

 

Now you just need a disco ball.

Advanced should have all the items you need to rice out the ride.
-LED windshield washer sprayers
-Anodized valve stem caps
-Black lites
-light up exhaust tips
-Steeing wheel covers

The list can go on.

Wal-Mart might be a good choice as well.
Get some plastic spinner hub caps. Their howt!
