Default Introduction to my first s2000

just wanted to say hi!
picked up this stock BB ap1 with 186k miles, 9/10 VINs, clean carfax and a stack of maintenance records. It’ll be pulling daily duties as I have another project car. Plans for now are to do a full maintenance service on it and keep it fairly stock. Possibly mild C street build for autox next year.

Looks exactly like mine; but black - relatively high miles, bone stock, clean title, vins present, etc.

Love it stock... also love the 16" Ap1 wheels. Much more period correct, since this car was designed in the 90s after all.

I like the old school look of 16s. I'd never put big 17" (or even 16") wheels on say a Datsun.

To the OP; congrats on your new acquisition. Looks like a tidy example. I too am a big fan of the 16" AP1 wheels. I have three sets as for some reason, no one seems to want them any more. I have kept the cleanest ones on my AP1, and have the other two sets in storage, for reasons I can't explain

Black is never my first choice in cars but I seem to only find good deals on black cars. They do look nice when they’re clean though.

The deal almost didn’t happen. Glad it did since I’m thoroughly enjoying this car.

it’s not perfect, but I can remedy that. Parts are already on the way!

I’ve been trying to see if opening the hub center out a set of rear wheels can work on the front for a simple square setup with 245’s. I haven’t found anything on others running ap1 rears up front.
