anybody knows about those invidia catback exhaust..are they any good..how does it sounds on S2000??

 

they sound great outside the car at idle and all through the rpm range, looks great, quality is great, fitment is great....

and then you go inside the cabin.......


its loud

Go to the sponsors area and look for the evolution groupbuy on the invidia. There is a soundclip there that I made of the exhaust to give you an idea of how it sounds. Then buy it!

Spec_Ops was always helpful when I had questions on the Invidia before I bought mine. But although his comparison video does a good job of comparing stock loudness to Invidia loudness, I must say that it does the actual sound of the Invidia no justice. It sounds alot better in person. But you should definitely look at his video for the loudness comparison. You should find someone in your area who has the Invidia and listen to it in person. I also agree that the fitment/quality and looks are great for the Invidia.

 

maybe I should also add that my parents made me take off the exhaust because they thought it was too loud. but, i ended up putting it back on about 2 weeks later. after going back to stock, i thought it sounded like an air conditioner and I also noticed a drop in power (I'm sure it wasn't just placebo).
