Your phone has to be jailbroken, also you gotta have cydia and winterboard installed in order for you to use it.
Files under BigBoss and Planet iPhones Repo and by the default, you should be able to find it without having to add custom repo address.
Lock screen wallpaper features interior, "Slide to Unlock" has been changed to "Slide to Start" and has the side view of the car as the slider. It's pretty nice and I am surprised that it took this long to come out with the s2000 theme. I'm loving it!

Not completely related, but there's an iPhone game on the App store that requires you to shift around cars in a parking lot to clear a path from one point to another. One of the car sprites it uses is a red S2000

EDIT: Haha that's pretty neat. The backgroung image changes. Wish it did the same for the "Tap to Unlock" screen. Dunno if I'm a big fan of the beige interior pic. Can you change that?

What else is modified other than the "Slide to start" and homescreen?
