make sure you have BigBoss & Plane-iPhones Repo installed if not you could go to manage, and edit, then add the address "http://apt.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/cydia/"

you should be able to find it under Themes sections and also from the changes tab

I jailbr0ke mine the day I bought it. There was an application that was the make or break reason for the iPhone. PDANet. It allows me to teather their Phone to my laptop for internet access.

So to the OP, thanks I would have never bother to look for this. I love it.
