I finished putting on Rick's badges today - front, back and wheel centers. They look good. I found that the original labels came off easily using dental floss (as per directions). I'd recommend not using GOO GONE until after removal. GOO GONE is great for removing any residue left on the paint surface. It took about half hour to do it all.

I was so proud. My wife pulled up in her new Saturn wagon, got out, smiled at my work, and said: "Now you have a Saturn sports car!" I didn't know what to say. She had a good laugh.

I've heard that people ask what it is when the Honda labels are removed. I'd hate to think they would believe "S - Well it must be a new Saturn."

I like it anyway!

I've never had that occurance with my Rick's emblems. (Thank God) I just enjoy sitting at any given stop light and watching old and young squint and lean foward as they struggle to figure what exactly is burbling away infront of them.

GaryJ,

I installed Rick's badges too on my car today. It looks awesome except for the residue left on the paint surface underneath the badges. This residue was created by the tape I used to mark the bottom of the old H emblem. Did this happen to you or have you heard of this before?

I've tried 3M adhesive removers and Zaino and have been unsuccessful. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
