It's VTEC, not VTECH!!!
Ok, it's kinda annoying when people on this board refer to Honda's Variable Valve Timing & Lift system as VTECH, and not VTEC as it should be.
VTECH is the name for those cordless phones if I'm not mistaken.
So, in conclusion...
VTECH does not kick in at 6K rpm...
VTEC does.
